Group course for children
Detailed information on the classification of the children’s ski level can be found at the bottom.
Snowhorse Class
This is the first ski course ever for children aged 4 and over.
Learning objectives: Riding the magic carpet, riding the carousel, braking and plow turns.
Pony Class
Our “Pony-Class children” are approx. 5 to 10 years old, can already learn well in groups, as their coordination skills and basic motivation are constantly improving – have a lot of energy and are curious – love challenges, as they can already perform several movements at the same time – their anticipatory memory is being formed and enables them to make their own decisions – need a lot of praise and, due to the group dynamics, are already having their first experiences with pressure to perform – make enormous progress in a short time. This is exactly where we come in. With our learning course on the sunny slope, we practise and learn the all-important transition from snowplough to “door closed” in a playful way.
Rodeo Class
The large growth spurts interfere with coordination skills – have role models and want to be independent – are very vulnerable, have to prove themselves to their peers again and again. – are often emotional with rapidly changing highs and lows – want adventure, competitions (freestyle) and new things – have a lot of energy, are getting stronger and stronger, actually want to be adults. The learning goal is a dynamic, parallel “field hockey stop”.
Olympia Class
Our Olympia Classes are for teenagers from approx. 13 to 16 years of age – an ideal phase for improving athletic performance. Endurance and strength skills can be trained well – sport-specific skills develop further – so that off-piste runs and freestyle are now also incorporated into the courses – an individual identity is built up – being normal is boring – appearance and outfit become important – first parties and acquaintances are the order of the day – personality develops. The learning goal is a series of short turns.
